Super concept, initial concern about quality update!I have received excellent customer service from KEEN and they have explained that the zig-zag lines are part of the design process to improve traction and prevent slipping. So if anybody else has concern after just a few days of wear there is no need to worry! I have increased my star rating to reflect the product and excellent customer service.Bought these for my daughter, we love the colour and the whole KEEN concept but after just 1 week of wear (not everyday) the soles are looking worn showing zig zag cracks. For the price I was hoping these would last all summer! I am trying to contact the supplier for their feedback on this issue…..
