I brought this for my friend’s 7yr old who was having issues with bed wetting, (unfortunately he had been made to feel ashamed about his need to wear the 8yr-15yr pull ups despite it not being his fault), I explained to him these special boxers are to help him and mummy and he wasn’t to worry about wearing them and that I would speak to anyone that said anything negative about them. He has happily worn them at night time without any problems and they seem to make him feel more confident that, yes he does have a problem but it’s okay and he can go to bed knowing these pants will catch the majority of any accidents he has.His mum loved them, she had been looking very hard for underwear that could replace the pull ups.I would love to see these made in a few larger sizes as he is already wearing clothes for 11yr olds, thankfully they have fitted him due to their flexible material..

Gill Good Good amount of padding, not too much. Good quality. Loops for pulling up are clever. My son wears 3-4 and 4-5 pants normally and the 4-5 boxer was much too big for him, they fell down..
