This is very easy to get on and off and you have a bit of leeway with the sizing due to the Velcro straps closing it. Even though it’s easy to get on it does stay in place easily can be worn in and out of water. It’s made neoprene and is great quality. It doesn’t float and is intended as protective clothing.
