Sean Firmer than a regular blanket These seem to be keeping our 5-day old baby swaddled well. He seems to be very strong and escapes easily out of regular blankets no matter how tightly we wrap him in them, however these swaddling blankets seem to do the trick and keep him nice and compact like a burrito..

Good quality fabric with strong latching velcro.I’m currently in battle with my wife as our 3 month baby once up at 7am will not nap and constantly wants to be held or he’ll scream the house down.If I put him in this he has actually sleeps for hours, unfortunately my wife isn’t comfortable with our baby being swaddled and looking like a mini burrito.Works wonders but make sure you’re both in agreement if you want your baby to be swaddled..
Amazon Customer Life savers!! These swaddles were an absolute life saver for us. My baby would not sleep without being swaddled and these were great, I was able to put him in one at bedtime, velcro him in and they stayed put until the morning, he was unable to breakthrough and wake himself up. He fitted in these until around 5.5 months when he was finally ready to transition out of a swaddle for bed. They are only thin however I would put a blanket over the top so he was always warm enough..

He was such a bad sleeper and being first time parents meant neither me or my partner were very good at making our own swaddles. These are so easy to use and are not too thick so you know baby won’t overheat. As they are velcro it’s also very easy to get them out when doing nappy changes etc.
