I bought this after a long research period! My son is almost 5 and autistic so was relatively late toilet training. We finally decided to go for it but due to his size he wouldn’t fit on a potty, however due to his hypermobility, poor motor skills and balance difficulties, sitting directly on the toilet was not an option either. Unfortunately the add-on toddler seats we already had (used with his siblings) made the seat too small for his bottom especially with being a boy and needing to avoid splashes at the front as well. I just looked carefully at all the photos on Amazon and decided this one seemed to not reduce the size of the seat too much. It has worked really well, he has plenty of space for his bottom and there’s a high splash guard at the front too. He’s able to put the seat onto the toilet himself and feels very safe climbing up while holding onto the handles. We take it with us if we go to stay at other peoples houses and haven’t had any difficulties with different size toilets, although my parents in law have squared off toilets which mean we just have to lift up the seat before putting it on. Really pleased with this as it made such a difference to his toilet training..

Carly Fabulous compared to previous we’ve had. So sturdy, the step has 2 possible positions and is very big to prevent falls. There are grips on the (movable) feet. The seat is cushioned so little bums feel comfortable.All round great purchase to make our toilet training journey that much easier. My little boy feels safe and no fear that he’s going to fall down the loo. I cant fault this product! Would definitely recommend to family friends..
paul Good child toilet Maybe it’s a novelty at the moment but my grandson loves this toilet always refused to use the potty at my house but uses this as he likes to climb the ladder.Only down side is as I have a small house and bathroom where to put it when grandchildren are not here.It is nice and sturdy..
Kimbob Perfect for encouraging potty training My daughter was not interested in the potty but absolutely loved being able to climb up with this and sit on the big toilet she came straight out of nappies after this! Highly recommend..
Braken Very good. Very good, doesn’t require anything to attach it to the toilet so easy to take on and off as needed and is generally very sturdy, I would recommend putting a mat underneath though as if it’s on smooth tiles it can slip a bit. Our bathroom is small but this folds quite nicely and sits perfectly over a baby step. (The ones little ones stand on to reach the sink.) Much prefer this to other items on the market, this is the second we’ve bought..
