cannon Bottom buttons are impractical I have had this item for a short while and whilst it is a lovely thick and warm product the buttons on the bottom of the item have almost all completely popped off. Very impractical for the purpose and I wish it had a zip. Left with holes in two of the button areas so I can’t just see a button back without having to repair the damage it’s done to the material. Nothing stopping the buttons from popping off again. It’s an expensive item and I’m upset this has happened and a zip would of been much better at the bottom of the item..

Toothfairy Refund process was tedious- beware!! This arrived in a vacuum packed bag much sooner than expected. Bag looks ok aside from a (to me) mismatched pattern at the bottom which I had t noticed in the photos. There’s a row of buttons near to the bottom which were not sewed on very securely and presented a choking hazard to my child.I asked for a refund and the company, though polite, made this very difficult for me. They said that due to high postage costs to Germany (though I don’t believe that the package arrived from Germany in the first place as it was so fast and the labels on the packaging didn’t suggest international postage) that I could keep it with a partial refund. May I point out that the company is registered in China. Something dodgy going on there. I argued that there was a choking hazard so I shouldn’t have to pay postage and they just kept offering me a larger refund each time, until I got so sick of them I accepted a 50% refund and kept it. I would stay well away..
