Paul and Kirsty Lightweight sleep suit type material swaddle blanket which is well designed. TLDR: Secure, lightweight (sleep suit type material) swaddle blanket that keeps our 2 week old little one secure and comfortable without any chance of overheating.After discovering that our new addition really liked to be swaddled (in between feeding, winding and pooping – which doesn’t leave a lot of time!) We ordered these swaddle wrap blankets.I’ve previously used muslins in the past which to the job really well, but the ones we have now aren’t big enough and we can’t get to a shop to buy bigger ones due to the lockdown, so these were ordered and arrived a few days later.The material is like a lightweight sleep suit, and the velcro fastenings are strong but soft (it’s like a really fine velcro) which hold securely. You put your little ones feet in the bottom, open up the velcro tab, fold the left side across whilst trying to pin down the flailing little arm, then fold the right side across trying to pin down the other flailing little arm, and fasten with the 2 other velcro tabs.You should now have a tightly swaddled little one… Just in time for them to spit up or fill their nappy!!They wash well, and helpfully have points to fold down and attach the velcro for washing, so that it doesn’t all stick to itself or other items in your one of many washes…The only downside to these is that there’s no adjustment to tightly swaddle their legs, though they are obviously well contained..

My little one is sooo peaceful when he’s being swaddled in these. He doesn’t get startle, doesn’t jump in his sleep and is soo relax. The fabric is soft, lightweight and feels very comfortable for thr baby to sleep in. There’s a lot of room for leg movements, you adjust the tightness yourself, if you want it loose or tight..
Mrs Mc Brilliant! My baby usually sleeps for 3 hours at a time but goes for 5 hours at least whenever we swaddle her with this so we tend to use it at night. It’s also a lot safer as she’s so wriggly it means I don’t have to worry about her disturbing her blanket. You wouldn’t buy this for warmth but it is soft and easy to use. Lost one star because it says 0-3 months but my baby is 5 weeks and it’s already a little small. However I’ll be buying a bigger set as they’re so good!.
