He wore it on the beach, and it helped he keep warm after coming out of the sea, and meant we could all stay on the beach for longer.The item is basically a baby wet suit. It has four Velcro fasteners – one on each shoulder, a large strip down the centre of the chest, and another around the centre of the waist. It is really easy to take on and off.There are a sort of half pair of swimming trunks built in around the legs, to keep water out and keep baby warm.Like the blue and green colour which is bright and smart.The item feels well made, both in terms of thickness of material, stitching and Velcro quality. S Great quality and true to size Surprisingly true to size, Velcro means adjustable to a certain extent so I would think should fit a 6 month old as well as an average sized year old. Our 10 month old is still wearing 6-9 bodysuits and this fits perfectly. Great quality too!.
