Cristina B. Lovely jacket/Washing issues I recently got a baby fleece jacket for my 2 year old daughter from Engel. She’s been wearing it all the time and we love it.Recently I washed the jacket for the first time according to the label washing instructions, machine wash 30°C and wool cycle, low speed and the jacket has shrinked. I’m really sad about this, I really liked this jacket and I was super careful to follow the instructions and not to ruin it and still ends up ruined.I forwarded this issue to Engel and now they say it was my fault because I washed the jacket at a high speed and not low speed as was written in the instructions.They clearly have an issue with their label instructions that aren’t exact enough for a not experienced wool washer like me and aren’t recognizing their fault and not willing to send me a new jacket.I feel this isn’t the way they should take care of an issue like this and makes me feel not happy with this brand and not willing to buy more of their garments since the costumer care isn’t good at all..
