I wish I’d had one with sleeves like this for my older children when they were small.However, I was hesitant to use it at first and gave 4 stars for the following reasons. It’s huge!! Which I get because it needs to last till 18 months but there’s no way it would be safe for a 3 month old. As an experienced mum and midwife, I wouldn’t use this bag for such a small/young baby. My daughter is nearly 7 months old and of average size and the bag swamps her. I have to roll the sleeves up. Luckily she’s big enough that she’s not going to disappear into the bag. I’d also be wary of babies that like to roll onto their front in the night as I don’t think they’d have much control over movement as it’s thick.it’s so thick that she’s like the Michelin man and can hardly move her arms due to the thickness of the padding; hence why front sleeping babies may not be able to roll back onto their backs. Comparing this bag to many I’ve used from supermarkets, I don’t see how it’s only 2.5 tog rating. Positive note – it’ll last as she grows and she does stay toasty warm!.

Amber Hulme Warm sleeping bag I ordered this as my 7 month old kept waking up at 4am everyday freezing as his bedroom is freezing . This has stopped the wake ups but be aware this is huge will last him another year I have to roll the sleeves back 3 times. I would say this is more 3.5 tog not 2.5 as advertised I would only use if it’s very cold.
Lee Cooper Lovely sleep bag Great sleep bag.i have an 8 month. This product is great is warm and snug. Its a little on the big side but you can roll up the arms. Or if it’s very cold night the cuff can turn over the sleeves to make it extra warm for cold hands. Easy to use washes great..
